Ten Simple Tricks to Weight Loss

Below are simple but effective tips to weight loss, there is no sequential order to the tricks below. Practice this tips to achieve your desired goal.

1. Include proteins in all your meals.

2. Minimize the intake of dairy products from your meals especially cow's milk. You can take dairy products with low sugar or yoghurts that are free from fats.

3. Practice water therapy. Drink plenty of water daily to flush your entire system and also keeps your body hydrated.

4. Do away completely with flour, wheat based meals which is not limited to pasta, bread etc.

5. Eat fresh foods that is unprocessed. Eat raw vegetables, whole grain, lean protein, and fresh fruits.

6. Reduce the intake of starchy foods to the barest minimum.

7. Stop the intake of alcoholic drinks. Alcohol has an adverse effect on our body system over a long period of time.

8. Eat fruits with low-sugar high fiber variety like apples, pear, plum etc.

9. Eliminate fried foods, margarine, foods that contain hydrogenized oils. 

10. Stop using refined vegetable oils in cooking, because they cause arterial plaque. Olive oil can be used instead.
